Effective May 11, 2023

The federal COVID-19 Public Health Emergency ended on May 11, 2023. Accordingly, this bulletin rescinds Ohio Department of Insurance Bulletin 2020-05 (COVID-19 Testing and Treatment: Out-of-Network Coverage). Issuers should continue to work with insureds to provide necessary services and treatment, including for COVID-19, at in- network locations.
