State-adopted regulation text, official bulletins, and enforcement actions. We keep every version, hash each one, and link every document to the exact official source.
Why it can be ingested
State-adopted regulation text is public law. It cannot be copyrighted (Georgia v. Public.Resource.Org). Our work adds the provenance, the versioning, and the citations around it.
What the license grants
✓The right to ingest this corpus into your models and products.
✓Provenance for every document, so you can show your customers where each fact came from.
✓Version history, so you can tell when a rule changed and what changed.
What it does not grant
×NAIC model text. We exclude it.
×Documents from restricted sources. We exclude those too.
