¶1The following words and terms, when used in this chapter, have the following meanings, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise:
¶2Act—The Workers’ Compensation Act (77 P. S. § § 1—1041.4).
¶3Department—The Insurance Department of the Commonwealth.
