Definitions.

The following words and terms, when used in this chapter, have the following meanings, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise:

Commissioner—The Insurance Commissioner of the Commonwealth.

Department—The Insurance Department of the Commonwealth.

Domestic—Incorporated or organized under the laws of the Commonwealth.

Foreign—Incorporated or organized under the laws of a jurisdiction other than the Commonwealth.
