Interpretations

The meanings given to the provisions, terms, and words of this regulation are not to be limited to the common law meaning, which may have been given thereto, but are to be interpreted to accomplish the purpose of these sections in accordance with the provisions of Insurance Code Chapter 541 and Insurance Code §543.001.
