Records Required

Each company shall keep sufficient underwriting information concerning cancellation, restrictions of coverage, or nonrenewal readily available for review by the State Board of Insurance and furnish the information to the board upon request; these records must be retained in accordance with the company's normal retention practices for the "daily reports" of expired policies.
