Personnel Conducting Safety Inspections of Amusement Rides and Devices

To conduct required safety inspections on amusement rides and devices in accordance with the Act, the insurer must employ inspectors, retain inspectors who are independent contractors, or contract with the insured to have the amusement ride or device inspected by an inspector.
